These terms are an agreement between you and Prodigy Digital Labs about your use of the BIZBILL app and its website. By installing, opening or using BIZBILL you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BIZBILL.
BIZBILL is a tool for contractors and small crews to write estimates and invoices, track job costs, and see whether a job made money. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. The prices, tax rates, totals, contracts and documents you create are your own, and you are responsible for checking them before you send them or rely on them.
Making estimates, change orders and invoices is free. Sending, sharing or saving them as a PDF for a customer needs a BIZBILL subscription, sold through Google Play. Google Play takes the payment, so Google Play’s terms apply to the purchase as well as these, and we never see your card or billing details.
A new subscriber may be offered a free trial, of the length shown before you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you are charged the price shown, and again each billing period, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play, under Subscriptions, and keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Refund requests go through Google Play. If the price changes, Google Play tells you before the new price applies to you.
Without a subscription you can still make, open and back up your work, and try every part of the app on the sample job. Ending a subscription never deletes your records.
Your records are stored on your own phone. You are responsible for keeping copies of them. Cloud backup, backup files and your recovery code are provided as conveniences, and you should not treat any one of them as your only copy.
Your recovery code is the only key to your cloud backup. We cannot see it, reset it or recover it. If you lose it, nobody, including us, can open that backup.
Data can be lost or damaged in ways outside our control, including a lost, stolen, broken or reset phone, uninstalling the app, an operating-system or app update, a bug, a failed or delayed backup, a server outage, or a lost recovery code. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prodigy Digital Labs is not liable for any loss, corruption or unavailability of your data, however it happens, and you release us from any claim arising from it.
BIZBILL is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. Features may change or stop at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost jobs or lost data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, BIZBILL. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for BIZBILL in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
You are responsible for what you put in your estimates, invoices and quote links, for having the right to share your customers’ details with them, and for the work and prices you agree with your customers. An answer a customer gives on a quote link is a matter between you and them; we are not a party to it.
Do not misuse BIZBILL: do not attempt to break, overload or gain access to our servers or other people’s data, use it for anything unlawful, or send us anything you do not have the right to send. We may stop a device or link from using our servers if it is being abused.
We may update these terms. When the substance changes, the app will ask you to agree again. Using BIZBILL after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Prodigy Digital Labs is established, and any dispute is for the courts there, except where the law of the place where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
