Most of it never reaches us: your customers, jobs and invoices live on
your own phone. What we may hold is a sealed cloud backup and any quote links you have
sent that have not been collected yet.
Never send us your recovery code.
It is the key to your backup, and we do not
want it — a code sent here is removed before the message is stored. To point us at a
backup, use the backup reference shown under Cloud backup in the app's
Settings. It says which backup is yours; it cannot open it.
